Q1: Are you factory or trading company?
A1: We are a professional factory located at Ningbo and office is in Hangzhou. Different from the traditional trade form of Ningbo factory, we focus more on online trade and new product development. Total annual sales of 2023 is over 15 million dollars.
Q2: Do you accept OEM/ODM/OBM?
A2: Yes. We usually help make sample before production. Besides, we can help to design as clients' requests.
Q3: What's you MOQ?
A3: We provide with small MOQ: 50pcs/each model. We can sell 1pc if there are in stock.
Q4: What's your advantage?
A4: On the basis of high-quality products and competitive prices, we have unique development capabilities.
Q5: How long is the lead time?
A5: It's about 3 days for stocks. And 25-35 days for mass order. There are overseas warehouses in US for our regular products, we can send them directly if clients are urgent.
Q6: Do you have any certificates?
A6: UL, ETL for cords and adapters. ISO, BSCI for factory.
